This role requires prior experience in Customer Service as well as technical support, TIer2 or Help Desk Experience.
What you would do:
- Taking inbound calls, answering emails and live chats about billing and services
- Ensure that customers are fully satisfied with services
- Various administrative tasks and additional duties as needed
- Prior customer service experience
- Technical Support, Tier 2 or Help Desk
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work 11am-8pm
