Laurus is currently hiring Call Center Representatives for one of our key clients in Fort Washington, PA! This is an excellent long-term contract opportunity with possibility for hire after proven performance and productivity!

All positions are first shift hours: 8:30-5pm or 9:00-6pm with pay rates up to $15/hour DOE!

The ideal candidate must possess:

  • 1+ years of solid Call Center/Customer Service Experience
  • Intermediate Software Skills & Ability to Easily Toggle Between Screens
  • Capacity to Research & Identify Information Requested Online
  • Strong Ability to Multi-Task in a Fast-Paced Environment

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Research required information using applicable software
  • Route calls to appropriate resources as needed
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
  • Follow-up on customer calls as requested
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of Software Knowledge
  • 2+ Years of Call Center Experience in a high-volume environment
  • Ability to Communicate Effectively with Various Levels
  • Proven Track Record of Ability to Research and Locate Information Online
