Responsibilities of the Customer Service Specialist:
- Connect with sales leads via phone, email, referrals, etc.
- Convert sales leads to appointments for sales staff
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Schedule appointments for the Design Consultants
- Meet with management to review current activity and responsibilities
- Enter contact information and necessary documentation into company database
- Additional projects as needed
Requirements of the Customer Service Specialist:
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of recent, relevant experience required; customer service/telemarketing experience preferred
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Database proficient
