Responsibilities of the Customer Service Specialist:

  • Connect with sales leads via phone, email, referrals, etc.
  • Convert sales leads to appointments for sales staff
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Schedule appointments for the Design Consultants
  • Meet with management to review current activity and responsibilities
  • Enter contact information and necessary documentation into company database
  • Additional projects as needed

Requirements of the Customer Service Specialist:

  • High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of recent, relevant experience required; customer service/telemarketing experience preferred
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Database proficient
