Jr Help Desk Analyst
Laurus Professional is currently assisting our client in their search for Level 1 Help Desk Support Analysts. This is a great opportunity for anyone with 6 months to 1 year of experience in a Help Desk environment.
- Providing users with assistance and access to workstations, laptops etc.
- Trouble shooting networks, and reestablish connections on the servers
- Must have experience supporting MS Office applications, Office 365, Windows 10, printers, Mobile Devices.
- Basic experience with Active Directory: monitoring, adding accounts, deleting accounts.
- Open to travel to other locations on occasion.
- Must be willing to be on call for after hour support.
- A+ Certification or Net+ will be required.
- Hours would be 930-6 pm Monday- Friday.
