Personal Care Home Administrator
Laurus Healthcare is currently representing a highly regarded senior living organization in their pursuit of a Personal Care Home Administrator. As a Servant leader, the PCHA will provide oversight of the operations of the Personal Care Home and will be accountable for managing and leading staff to support best outcomes and experiences for residents and family members. The organization is not-for-profit and has been operational for many years, experiencing a strong presence and reputation in the community.
Current Personal Care Home Administrator license in Pennsylvania required
A minimum of two years of experience as a Personal Care Home Administrator or Assisted Living Administrator
Licensed LPN or Medical Technologist preferred but not required
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong knowledge of current Personal Care Home regulations in Pennsylvania required
