Laurus Professional is seeking an experienced Receptionist. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Receptionist or an Office Manager. He/she will handle answering phones, calendar scheduling and other admin support in the office.

Responsibilities of the Receptionist:

  • Answer calls and route to proper staff voicemail; take down messages when necessary
  • Greet and welcome visitors and direct them to the correct destination
  • Provide support for event planning
  • Handle travel arrangements
  • Assist with data entry and special events
  • Additional projects and tasks as needed

Requirements of the Receptionist:

  • 3+ years of prior experience
  • Travel Arrangement coordination
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Professional telephone etiquette
  • Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task
