Talent Acquisition Partner / Nurse Recruiter
Laurus Healthcare has a position available for a Talent Acquisition Partner with a highly regarded healthcare organization. The organization provides inpatient and outpatient services to patients in a wide variety of clinical specialties. The Talent Acquisition Partner will support the nursing department with recruitment of licensed nursing professionals at all levels and specialties and will develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet the current and future nurse recruitment objectives. The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the talent pipeline by utilizing proactive sourcing, technology and external partners as appropriate, to attract a qualified and diverse workforce to the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other discipline required
Human Resources Certification preferred
Minimum of 1 year of nurse recruitment experience in an acute care setting required
